I originally built a traditional doughnut shop, but watching families walk in excited, only to realize there wasn't a single thing they could safely enjoy, never sat right with me. I noticed that families with gluten sensitivities had very few options for authentic treats. So, I started over.
No Compromises, Just Real Doughnuts I refused to settle for the dry, crumbly pastries people had come to expect from gluten-free baking. After countless hours of testing, we developed a proprietary gluten-free flour blend specifically crafted for authentic, yeast-raised and cake doughnuts. We brought back the pillowy, golden-fried stretch and chew of a real doughnut.
The Bismarck Standard We opened Bismarck Doughnuts & Beignets in Orem, Utah, in 2022 as a 100% dedicated gluten-free shop. Every doughnut is made fresh to order, all day long, ensuring zero cross-contamination. The texture and flavor are so incredible you’d never know they are gluten-free.
